NA base server

Hi guys,
Like most of You know, soon we will organize tournament for base players. Cos I see pings and differents timezones making some troubles in fights, i searching NA base server for it. I dont wanna discrimination NA players.
So, it will be in two phazes. First will be played on EU base server, and I wish second will played on NA base server.
But for that I need help. If some one know some NA base server, then pls, tell me. We will try used it to our tournament. Cos trust me, if on mp dmg high pings are rly annoing then same high pings on base can make u cry:)

i know that the Jprax private server is base... i don't think they would mind us using it... but i will ask

just curious... is this only for clan members? or is it open to allies as well?
