Mouse shits Empty Mouse shits

My fucking mouse has fucking troubles >.<
It's slow, and it freezes for 2 seconds or more.
It says that the USB can't recognize it.
I plugged it in and out, then put a new mouse.
When the new mouse was put, it said that the USB haven't installed it full so it won't work properly.
After I used the new mouse like 1 min, the same problem came again.
Please help me, becuz I won't be able to play anything!

Its a computer problem. Mouse is not a butthurt cuz if its USB and u got it with no CD it installs drivers itself. Best idea - download drivers manually.
