That's up to the people who can approve/reject. If they feel those actions are bad enough they may reject. If no one does then when your probation is up you just apply to a faction like normal.

I will not remove any approvals but i will keep an eye on you...

Well, 1) learn how to use the edit button. It's on the corner of your most recent post, so if you have more to add, click that and you won't have to double-post. 2) You have to learn how to brush trolls off.
