It's mostly a matter if you want to come across as a douche. If someone's requested it, then you can either listen, and change to something even cooler/funnier/better or keep it and tell that dude to shut up. I thinks people have said multiple times that it's gross and whatever. Me, I don;t give a shit, but if you want, I can make you an avatar, or give you one of my old ones that are funny. Dancing bear = win.
