why doesn't jedi consular have a staff? or jedi sentinal have duals?

Don't think you can mod individual bots like that without an external mod for it.

Problem with that before anyone asks is that you can play on a server with JA+ without having to DL it, but if we added a bot mod it would require player DL and thus we would get much less visitors to the server itself. Unfortunately lucasarts did not include fast redirect for server DLs.
