Totally dependent on the specimen. Each person will absorb various things at a different rate. Ectomorphs will obviously absorb less overall and need much more food to gain weight, while an endomorph would abosb much more and need less overall food to survive. Ectos have to be careful about absorbing too much of certain vitamins and minerals if they are eating high calorie though because certain things can be toxic even at low levels like magnesium.

Dude. You will absorb a lot of nutrients, no doubt. But if its a one time deal, I would not worry too much. If you eat all those calories in one sitting, its most likely a large portion of it will pass through the system and not be absorbed.
