GSC Dilemma

I have these snaps of my desktop, i wish to know if anything is off or odd in these: (sorry if they are too big... :/) basically it wont let me hear people.

the error claims he will not be heard, go under audio settings and see if you can adjust the input audio device, if you cannot hear others go through the same thing and adjust the output audio device, make sure the bars are turned up
