SO. When we were telling bad things on him.---> He got 11.5 hours at total. That means he just had to wait?

I think that his biggest problem-->he don't know English as well.

I spoke with him on server, he called himself noob, he said that he is noob, he didnt tell it to others, and he was silenced from random players.

thats newbie, there is a difference, it's more about bad attitude mixed with those things.
