Dark Lord of the Sith
The Dark Lord of the Sith is the faction leader for the Sith. They are a Sith Prophet or Sith Marauder, or a Sith Overlord who has either been elected by the Council, appointed by the current Dark Lord of the Sith to replace them, or have defeated the previous Dark lord in the lords challenge event. They play the leader figure for the Sith. They will control ranking of Sith, and govern the Sith. A Dark Lord of the Sith may teach and train a Sith of any rank, but it is not necessary. They will be the primary overseer of the Sith, to observe them and call them out for a trial. The Dark Lord is also responsible for the punishment of sith who break the rules. A Dark Lord of the Sith may also demote a Sith for their own reasons, but must create a thread stating what they have been demoted to and why.
A Sith of the rank of SL, SM, SP, or SO, with the Council's permission, with the personality and capability the position entitles, may challenge the Dark Lord of the Sith in order to take their place. Trial details below. This is considered a big
clan event.

Council. They hold Level 3 Server Administration.

This challenge can ONLY occur during the first week of any given month. The duel takes place whenever the Dark Lord and challenger feels like it, but must be done by the end of the week. The Dark Lord may only be challenged once in a month, there may only be one challenger in any given month. If there is more than one challenger the honor goes to the one who posted first. If the Sith fails to defeat the Dark Lord in 4 out of 6 duels, He will be subject to a punishment of the DL's choice. However, if the Dark Lord loses the challenge, he will relinquish his title to the winner, and may then return to their previous rank prior to being Dark Lord.

Sith'Ari:
The Sith'Ari is highest possible Sith rank. The Sith'Ari is a master in the use of every Lightsaber, (Single, Staff, and Duals), to the point of being able to achieve any of the Jedi Specialization ranks, if he were a Jedi. There will be only one Sith'Ari at a time, in order to gain the rank you must prove yourself better than the current Sith'Ari by winning 8 of 12 duels. The Sith'Ari is not always guaranteed a spot on the Dark Council just because he is considered the strongest Sith.
The S'A Challenge:
A Sith Overlord may challenge the current S'A for his/her title. The person who wishes to attain this rank must, not only have the majority approval of any Marauders, Prophets, Overlords, and the Dark Lord him/herself, but
also beat the current Sith'Ari 8 of 12 duels. When facing the Sith'Ari you
must prove yourself better style for style and cross-style, meaning you must
show you can beat the Sith'Ari: Duals vs. Duals(two duels), Staff vs. Staff
(two duels), Single vs. Single(two duels), Single vs. Staff(one duel),
Single vs. Duals(one duel), Staff vs. Single(one duel), Staff vs. Duals(one
duel), Duals vs. Single(one duel), and Duals vs, Staff(one duel). You need
not win every fight, but you must show you can win a majority of the fights
in every possible combination. The loser of this challenge then will be
demoted down one rank for a month to refine their abilities again, after
which they can rank again.
The Sith'Ari may only be challenged once a month, by one person only on a first come, first server basis. The S'A challenge may only be issued
in the first week, and is to take place as soon as both can find an
agreeable time, this may take place past the first week, but the challenge
itself must be issued in the first week.
Responsibilities:
1. Must be willing to train any Sith. This does not always entail a long-
term apprenticeship, it can also mean just short trainings, or answering
"how to" questions.
2. Must be willing to lead Sith, in any matches, in the absence of the Dark Lord.
Sith Overlord:
A Sith Overlord is second only to the Sith'Ari when it comes to Lightsaber
skills. They are the ultimate weapons of destruction and are always a valuable
asset in clan matches. A Sith Overlord is the epitome of combatants in the
Sith faction, few will ever achieve this rank. Sith Overlords are the only ones that may challenge the S’A.
Apprentice: Sith Overlords may maintain 2 apprentices of any rank of sith for as long as they so desire. If a Sith Prophet prior to being Sith Overlord, they may have 3 apprentices and also mix apprentices from both factions.
Requirements:
A) Must have been a Sith Marauder or Sith Prophet for at least 2 weeks.
B) Sith Overlords are the true masters of the Lightsaber. An Overlord must be
able to display a very high amount of skill with at least one type of
Lighsaber Style, (single, staff or duels), and should be in the top
10 best fighters in the clan, and as such achieving this rank is rare.
Traits:
Tag: SO
Mastery of Lightsaber combat.
Sith Marauder
Sith Marauders are fearsome combatants, and have proven their skills to the
Dark Lord. Sith Marauders are some of the clan's most capable warriors, it
is hard to attain the rank, and many never surpass it.
Requirements:
A) Must have been a Sith Lord for at least 2 weeks.
B) Sith Marauders are extremely dangerous with a Lightsaber. Highly unpredictable and fully capable of destroying most opponents, they are able
to display mastery of at least one type of saber combat (single, staff or
duels) to a high degree.
C) Apprentice: Sith Marauders may only have 1 apprentice.
Traits:
Tag: SM
Advanced Lightsaber skills
Sith Prophet
A Sith Prophet is versed in Leadership components, saber skills, skilled in the art of teaching Sith, and displaying sound judgment. Although not a specialized class, Sith Prophets should be on the same level as a Jedi Master in both skill and teaching ability, making them highly sought for SO’s, should they reach the rank.
Apprentice: a Sith Prophet may maintain 3 apprentices of any rank, jedi or sith for as long as they so desire.
The Test to become a SP is as follow
Requirements:
1) Must have been a Sith Lord for 1 month
2) Must Complete the Test of Skill
3) Must Complete 2 out of 3 of the other test
Test of Skill: Must Prove to the Dark Lord or Dark Council that they have
near SM or SM level of lightsaber skill
A Sith Lord need only complete 2 out of 3 of following to pass in addition to the the test of skill
A) Test of Teaching: In which the Lord seeking Sith Prophet must have trained
2 sith to the rank of SL
B) Test of Judgment: In which a lord must display solid administration ability by either
1.Becoming a member of the sith approval committee and retaining it for 1 month.
2. Becoming/being a server enforcer and maintaining it for 1 month.
3. Taking Screen-shots and reporting problem players and clan rule breaking to the proper people.
C) Test of Initiative: In which the Member in question creates and executes
clan events successfully or helps in their creation and organization
If granted the rank of Sith Prophet and removed, not suspended or retired, from being a server enforcer, the Sith Prophet will not be considered suited for the position and will revert back down to an SL as punishment, as well as a 2 week probation before being allowed to trial again for Sith Marauder. If they wish to trial again for Sith Prophet, they will need to wait 1 month and also will be required to go through the previous process of becoming a SP once again.

Re: Sith Ranking and Challenges Act - Passed
why is admin level in this? administration rights have nothing to do with rankings. you dont even have to touch the Dark Lord position, it is a core and founding part of the Charter. it has its own segment there lol.

Re: Sith Ranking and Challenges Act - Passed
because it seemed like a good type of test, that's why i left it. if you're trusted by the clan to be an admin, then you should have the ability to make sound judgments and so forth. if it becomes a huge problem ill think of something new, but holding a position as an administrator carrys a lot of weight with it. along with it, it doesn't say they have to be an administrator, it's just an alternative really.
where did i mess with the dark lord position? =o oh, i see what i did, i bolded too much of it, the only thing changed was the addition of Sith Prophet really.
