Runes of Magic

Runes of Magic (RoM) is MMORPG, probably you will think "there she is again with new game" lolz, but this game is better from all games before that I called people to play with me. You can download Runes of Magic , the file is near 6GB. To play with me you must make your account here then when you install game, update it, chose Europe region and in game PvP server Smacht, where I am!
Description: RoM, they say it's like WoW, but difference is that this game is free and I am in it!
Here some of my screens:
There are two races, humans and elves. There are 8 classes:
1. Warrior (any race): Wild beasts in battle
Warriors feel comfortable in the thick of things - be it tavern or battle. Most of the time one leads to the other anyway. They meet every challenge with courage and a loyal blade.
2. Scout (any race): Wanderers of the vast continents
Scouts treasure the silence and the vastness of the wild, where their tracking and sniping skills turn them into dangerous hunters. Many a prey realizes this too late.
3. Rogue (any race): The agile weasels
Rogues feel at ease in the cities with their narrow alleys. Only in the cities they find the life and drive they seek. It is there where poorly guarded purses can be found and a dagger is the weapon of choice.
4. Mage (any race): Masters of elements
Normally magicians only grudgingly leave their teaching parlours, but on their quest to a perfect understanding of the elements they are drawn again and again to ancient places in the hope of recovering long-forgotten knowledge.
5. Priest (human): Medium of wonders
Priests are sent out by their god to help the faithful and spread the glory of their religion. Heretics and other enemies of the faith will, on the other hand, learn of their darker side.
6. Knight (human): The steel wall
Maintaining the holy law is the first priority for every knight. That is the reason they travel through the world ever ready to protect the weak and to defeat all threats they encounter.
7. Warden (elf): Master of Plants
The Wardens serve as guardians of nature. In times of peace it is their responsibility to ensure that the rules are abided by which in turn preserve the forests of Taborea, the Elves' natural habitat.
8. Druid (elf): Dominator over Natures Might
Druids take on the function of priests in Elven society. They are the custodians of the knowledge which the Elves have gathered about the forces of nature.
Top level per character is 110, character can take primary and secondary class, top level per class is 55. Crafting system, well I am not familiar with it so much, but I learned that you don't waste your points for those skills with cost of your spell/attack skill, you learn it that high how much you work on it. For eg. if you gather herbs your herb skill is growing, but still if your herb skill is low you can gather only low level herbs. Good thing is that no matter on race/class/level, you can learn to craft/cook/make potions but you do need recipes that you can buy or find on your adventures.
Mounts they got my special attention, they look awesome and who knows when you can get them in game unless you use real money to buy them. Golden Ostrich is my favorite.
Housing. You can have your own house that you can level and fill with furniture in time, it's not easy but its fun, my house has only walls, for now, but I am planing to spend 100 000 g just on furniture lolz. Friends can come in your home, you can visit them, you can RP or chat and have a fun. But it's not end there. You can have your own guild castle. That is so expansive and you need to start a guild, and I am planing that but I wont alone so if there is any of you want to be my RP king (husband) let me know (we can make our forum too), so yes we can RP in game too, there are a lot animations so it reminds me of nwn2.
And game is so more interesting if you play it with friends, so come in people play Runes of Magic with me if you want. Others are welcome too, you can add me on xfire, my username is Miavent. I will be so happy if any of you join me in game.

Well I did play it with Ant in the summer when my PC wasn't slow...
Its a great game, and yes it is like WoW.
I'll prolly get it again when I get new hardware.

hehe mia, the sad fact is, that game has been labelled a super grind. After level 7-10, ur gonna cry ur ass off just to level and the monsters gove like 0.1% of total XP for level even if they are slighly higher than you.
Partying reduces the xp per monster even more.
However, I find the mount and stuff pretty interesting, heard it is free if a certaing egg drops. However, the game is quite dependant on cash shop for crafting items that make ur stuff better, and with pretty large crafting failure rates u may end up spending a good deal of money if u want to have decent armor/weapons.

Oh yeah the cash shop I remmeber people sold diamonds (money for the cash shop) for around 24K gold

That's why I said its different then before, I don't plan to play it in 3 days on maximum level and end of the game lets play something else, this game can last long, and its fun to play and its challenge to get those rare items without money and its beautiful.

Aw Disturbed what black thoughts you have, hope you clean that comp and as husband, don't put bounty on my head like I had a case in NWN2 and his cousins and other assassins wanted to kill me for 30k of gold since I was pregnant, with twins, and when I gave them a birth turns out one of them was orc. How can that be? Anyway I killed all assassins and..., no I wont tell the end you wont believe.

Yes, I found out that game, not that's only is free, you can also buy those special items and stuff without real money, in auction house where you can exchange your gold for diamonds, and using those diamonds you can buy cool mounts, furniture, gear. So you don't need real money to buy diamonds. But you'll need a millions of gold to buy diamonds, real money does make it easier.

only idiots pay money for WoW ive used private servers for as long as ive played it
and you what the diffrence is between WoW and most MMOs are
nothing not a damn thing its the same stuff repeated you can dress them different but there the same
but 1 game has pulled ahead for me atm that i might pay for and thats
EvE online its unique, and much more complicated and a real challenge plus Massive space battles = Major Win for me
but private server will probably be the end result with that to (Monthly fees piss me off)
