my arch nemesis.....UU!!!

alright so heres the problem, i cant get the little UU menu to come back up. i went to base and clicked on BFUUv3B-17a and it says it says i cant access the specified device,path,or file. you may not have the appropiate permissions to access this item
and sqrl tried helping and it wouldnt work. i went into my control panel and and i turned on admin and it still doesnt work. SOMEONE PLZ HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! and i dont have a desktop thing for it ether

Roll it back to an older version, you never get the first one on the list since it usually is buggier then older versions of freeware.

lol i have it installed. bull i was using 17, so switch it to 16?

nvm that last message, everytime i bring up jka, the litttle UU menu thing freezez up and says its not responding

it doesnt freeze up anymore, it just wont work for jka at all for some reason. the little menu will be but it doesnt work when i play jka. i used !uupower. !power, !ktpower, and nothin happens. yes i went into console and did it
