MC, DC, SAC approvals = DL/GM approval. However, Nomad and I have the ability to revoke their approval with a rejection if we see fit. In this case he has the approval.

Just wanted to say now that he is pinned up, that he has some good skill with a blade. Fought him a few times after not play a few days and not warmed up and I knew instantly that he was a good saberist.
