oooooooooooh, thats a really tough one, but to be honest,i would have to say the predator would win, the predator has better weapons, its more stealthy, if it looses it can explode XD. so ya, the elite can turn invisible, thats pretty much it

hey i like both , but i really think the elite has a chance,
1)armor.....LOOK , the predator have barley any , but the elite has more and better ....and with shields
2)Weapons....now the predator does in fact have more, BUT not as strong as an elites
predator;staff,duel wrest blades,blade disk,shoulder plasma cannon,and cloaking.
elite;duel energy blades(that would cut right though the predators equipment),plasma grenades,and plasma pistol(rifle, and sniper)
3)Strength....it would be pretty close...but the predator would win that one,
also in speed too
4)Technology.....if the elites and the predators got in a space war fare fight or rang fight, the elite would win hands down,but in melee ...thats a tuf one to decide.....predators stronger , but elite has better weapons

now look no one get me wrong here , i grew up watching predator and arnold dooking it out , but elites arnt that bad

predator would win. Elites are fodder. a lone predator can be devastating. a lone elite is....fodder.

Read the novels. An Elite has 10X the strength of a human, is skilled in close, mid, and long range combat, has a shield generator & cloak, and work in packs, not alone.
