Why would you ever play it if you don't like the original TFU. Most of the original was canon, the only parts not so are the whole killing Vader and taking his place choice if you go Dark Side.

you are assuming that I had already known that it wasn't cannon, I didn't, so its not that I wouldn't play it anyway, it is now that way, since it is not cannon, doesn't really make me want to play it.

But you didn't want to play the original TFU despite the fact that on Lightside it was canon. Wouldn't that logically mean you wouldn't play the second even if it was canon?

You can't really judge a game by the trailer. Trailers ALWAYS look good, but that hasn't stopped PoS games from coming out.
