Bad Virus Polz Help xD

Well I was on a site watching DBZ and I got a pop up and I went to click the X ofc and it disappeared at the last second and I ended up clicking an ad and getting a "XP Security 2010 Virus Alert!" Alright I'm not retarded and I didn't listen to any of this cuz I hav the 09 and I'm the only that uses the computer so I knew it was bull shit. But now, whenever I try to log on my whole desktop doesn't load nor the bar with the security and all that but I get like 4 pop ups from this "security"... I was able to get online with the computer by running a new task with the windows task manager (Genius? XD) So if anyone has any info that can help me polz let me know... I tried security scanning with the default norton in safe mode... nothin (cuz it sucks) and I'm trying spybot S&D atm...

Well before I restarted my PC it was on the little side bar at bottom right with all the icons and when i hovered over it nothing popped up... it looked like the security shield so I'm assuming it's just an ad virus but it's much more excessive then one's i've seen before... so basically it's acting as windows security w/e like the firewall and is preventing my desktop from loading

Yes it does get rid of all non-saved data, but if you can't even access your desktop then there's nothing you can do.

Alot of times those will infect the system restore files so when you restore you are putting the virus back as well. user spy bot and AVG IN TANDEM. not much can hide from those two. also you can use registry defender and that will help some as well. If it is the same one that has infected some boxes here at work they have decided that it is better just to wipe the box and reinstall everything.

Yeah I just checked my S&D logs there's a Windows Security override that must be it... I'll write if it works =)

you will want to disable system restore before you clean it. you can enable it again later

I had that before on my parents desktop... Not sure what happened to it because there was no way to remove it. But it does look like the Windows Shield.

i recommend getting adblock plus for chrome and FF if you use both
and if your using FF and have a decent amount of knowledge NO script

1st. You cant disable permanently it when you system normal running?

You need download few programs
1. mbam.exe
2. AVG 9.0 (carefull, if u dont have orginal version he kill your crack-patch;) )
3.unhackme.exe
4.hijackthis.exec (be very carefull with this program)
5.cwshredder.exe (part of TREND MICRO)

Scan your system by all 5 programs, if someone will try restart system, then do it. Few bad programs can be removed befor system will full started.

after all download ccleaner.exe
Run it and do this things:
1. First option is cleaner - run it and fixt all problems
when it done run it again and fixt rest problems.
when after clean u dont see problems go to next option caled
2. Registry - run scan to searching problems
do same like in first point. when done go to 3 option caled
3. Utilities, switch to AUTOSTART and check is there no some programs running with system wich you dont want or no need. If u see some programs u wich u no need u can ther of registry key (u no must delete it, maybe some day u will need it). So, off redundant programs registry.

now restart computer and ALT+SHIFT+DEL
in window switch to proceses and make screen and put it here
We will see is there something weird.

i had a virus once that was immune to ccleaner, and even some experimental new ones that really could fuck up ur computer.

solution? downloaded panda antivirus trial version becuz i was hopeless so might as well. the minute it started working, it found the fucking virus and cleansed it. i do NOT recommend Panda thou. it will eat your RAM up the ass.

You have right Disturbet about ram.Especialy 7,5 or anniverasy AVG but i sugest instal AVG 9,0 and scan all discs, after it uninslall it.
Trust me Disturbet, AVG 9,0 is on new engine and its very effective.

Like few of You know, my computer is rly weak so I all time searching how safe more ram and procesor power
I try many antiviruses programs.
Panda isnt bad but allways try upadate when im ni game
AVG - stole many ram
Avast - rly slow when scaning and when he say "viruses base was upadated" in game you have mega lags
Kaspersky is rly good but expensive
Norton is very effective but expensive too and have troubles with some others aplications

At 3 months i tested NOD32
Well, effective, not stole to much ram, u can set is he will dont update when ur in game.I find last time one trouble, last xfire update to 1.121 version by few NOD versions is recognise as virus and breaking xfire:D

Any way i use now NOD32 and PC Tools Firewall plus and dont have troubles with any worms or viruses =)

To be honest, for any users other antyvirus will good, cos we have differents mchines and systems. I give You only my sugestions from my expiriences on both comps (Zawisza nad mine)
I recommended check all sugestions, not only mine and see wich one is best for you.
anyway, after cleaning system show us pics with ur proceses.

about CCleaner, Dray it powerfull tool but if you make something wrong or off/delete to much things it will crush your system ofcours:D
I use it at years and many times it help me.

Best eplanation is i got sometimes on some maps (when there no players) 130-150fps with AMD Athlon 1700 + GForce 5200 and 1GB Ram =)

ps: SpyBot & Destroy fail few times for me, so i stoped used it. Cant trust him more. And his TeaTimer few times pissed me rly much =)
