MSN? yahoo? AIM? the only upside i see is it cna be kinda like this forum, you can let stuff in it that people can later come see anytime they want. apart from that, facebook does nothing that a instant messenger cant deliver in a way.

Instant messengers are instant...and personal. Sometimes you want to share something with the whole family at once etc..

I dont see why I am defending social networking? Is it truly unclear as to how valuable a tool this can be for some people?

And when if I ever reopen my facebook I will let you know Ptol. You have my myspace for now.
