Talented Sith Saberist proposal (revised) - Failed

Should a Dark Apprentice enter the clan with a high degree of inherent skill, then on his next Open Trial Week a vote shall take place between the Dark Lady and Dark Council on whether or not the Apprentice holds enough skill to skip the Dark Jedi rank and go straight to the Sith Lord rank. Should the Dark Lady and Dark Council agree, unanimously, that the Apprentice does indeed have the skill, then the Apprentice will be allowed to skip the Dark Jedi rank and immediately become a Sith Lord.
