i....mightve mcfucked up bad

soooo my game got uber bugged. so i was going to uninstall my game. well my comp tells me it couldnt find the correct file to do soooo i decide to manually uninstall the game myself, meaning i find all the jedi academy files and delete them all. simple enough sounding. well for some reason the game still says its installed but not enough to play it or uninstall it. suggestions???

You try Control Panel in the start menu and unninstall it from there first?
And if you 'deleted' all the files, go to your recycle bin and restore everything dealing with the game.
And if none of that works, go ahead and buy from steam

yes as i stated, it said i was missing a file to uninstall the program.
and when i 'deleted' the files i emptied my recycling bin.

Getting a new copy won't help if it's still in your system somewhere. Try doing a find for anything JKA related and see if you missed any files for deletion. But it is still odd, the disc should give you the option to install over the old copy.

well if you can find a copy of MSICUU.exe. That will force the uninstall of the the game. if you cannot find it, Microsoft does not have it available any more. I have a copy i can send you.
