Game on steam keeps crashing

notice how on the window, the shortcut is blank. Then on the browser you see the icon

problem fixed, had to update directx

Your first problem is your start menu being on the right side of the screen instead of on the bottom where it's supposed to be.

steam games are easily fixable. check your cache files always. 90% time, its fixed by that.
