I liked the "Capiche?" part better imo.

It still says I'm banned. Its definitely my IP because I used this computer to play on at the alt. IP. Maybe clear the ban IP's again? I don't think I'm torched but I don't know what that means.

Torch is this guy we've had a bunch of problems with, so we're saying that if you're name was ever Torch, You're never getting unbanned. Also, don;t tempt us by making your name Torch either, you WILL be banned on site. So... yeah .

Was not ad min abuse. You were in under padawan and asked your handle you were give 4 chances and refused every time. Screenshots have been posted. I told you to fess up or i would ban you. you said you didn't have to. that is disrespect to the admin so you were kicked then banned.

He's right though. There is NOWHERE posted in a rule or clause that says admins have the right to kick/ban when they don't respond.

I mean responding to the admins about telling them their name. It can't even be a respect thing. We can't ban anyone for not respecting admins when they're not causing trouble. He was in the server minding his own business. Not causing trouble or anything but yet he was kicked for something that isn't even written down in a rule or act...

We still have no basis on kicking him because it's not a rule. Thats like enforcing a rule that you can't kill someone when it isn't written down in a law, next thing you know, you're in jail for something you didn't know was illegal and the only explanation thats given is, you should know better. That would never hold up in court. All he has to say is there is now law restricting me from doing this act and boom, he wins his case. Same thing here. Thats why it NEEDS to be on paper...

Well Serv, just PM Spidey your name next time. Hes not like me or Lay, he doesnt necessarily know its you just by tlaking to you. The other admins COULD of helped but oh well. Aard, unban him please.

This has to be this way, because i cannot assume everyone who doesnt have a tag is under alias. This is to prevent intruders. If i dont know who you are, im gonna assume your an intruder. Thats how admins should judge things in the server. It does not say in a law Ara that you must give your name to an admin, but it does say the Clan War is Private and only members and official guests can be in it. If you do not know if someone is a member or official guest, then it is best to play safe then leave them there. Serv could of PM'd Spidey his name, im not gonna back out Spidey's decision, however, Ara and Ptolemy, if they knew it was Serv, should of told Spidey. Im leaving this unwritten because if i write this law down, people will also start saying "I wasnt flaming. I wanna read in the rules where it says what i said is flaming. I dont consider this flaming." And then your gonna have to write down EVERY possible SITUATON of rule breaking. Instead, i leave it to admin judgement. And in this case, the judgement is if you dont know who it is, ask any fellow admins first, then ask the person, then if he does not respond, treat him as an intruder.

I think if I miss anything about JKA its the admining and seeing these sorts of things take place. Maybe I should pop in as admin and sit on the server in spec mode from time to time to slam them with some powah
