i find quite a few people really hard to beat... i mostly play here so ill give you the names of the tougher people i have faced here.

in JA+ Ares<3, but he wasn't best Base-wise.

i think it would be a complicated question to answer. Because how can you judge a person's skill level? by how fast they can kill? how many kills they can get in tffa? are they well rounded(can they use different styles effectively?) Not to mention sp dmg and ja+ dmg's. Every fighter has strength's and weaknesses, i believe a good saberist is someone who can effectively identify the weaknesses and exploit them. Tffaing and dueling are one thing, to be able to fight under pressure and successfully use your technique, is something completely different.
