Our TFFA/clanwar server status

Jawa has someone named "JAWA_(Rank)Squirrel. This person fights red, has a lot of fancy flips and turns like our squirl uses. I was still in JvS when Squirl switched to Jedi. He was tired of being called "low SM" and wanted to be a high JM along with Beaner. I bet they are a lot better now and I have a lot of catching up to do.

That switch I never understood, but I still have not forgiven him, he will show me the couple of things I am forgetting and then I will kill him over and over for moving away to the light side.

On a light note, I fought Rave today, he helped a lot with my training. Made me feel much better to see another jvs member as hopeful as me to see the new servers working.

OH i know that wannabe. yeah i've been mistaken for that dude on the JAWA servers too. Kinda makes me wonder who the REAL squirrel is.

about server, when ja+ will loaded and cfg will back to old jvs cfg, pls check what value is in sv_maxrate.
Optimum for home server is sv_maxrate 4000, standard is sv_maxrate 7000.
But, cos on JvS play many ppl from europe ask Your providers about higher value for this option. Like sv_maxrate 10 000 or 20 000.
Cos with 7000 players from away will have terrible lags

You can count how maximal maxrat You can set. You can calculate it speed connection/quantity clients
For example:

If your server connection is 1mbps (131 072 bytes / sec) and our sv_maxclients is 8(slots) then 131 072 / 8 = 16384. So, our max sv_maxrate in this example is 16384. The sv_maxrate higher then better.
Well, ask your provider abut speed connection (remeber, more importand is upload speed)

lol...i leaved and after few weeks joined to Peace Keepers...
Was maded post about leaving about 3 months ago. Im now a friend of JvS and provider JvS Euro Duel Server and Peace&JvS Univers Base server...or Im missing something??? :>

OK, finally got the mod up and running. NOW if you see any problems you can let me know because I will admit that this cfg is fairly recent but may not have all the updates the last one had.

Grabble Hooks are disabled and health packs have been spotted lurking in the shadows.

grapple hooks and jet packs are quire =_=. I wouldnt play on the server if either of those two are allowed

Grappling Hooks are always off, I'll see what's up with the Health Paks.

Weird, thought I had it turned on, and I already shut health packs off.

There's rocket ammo everywhere and no rocket launchers, we need some rocket launchers in our ffa servers!

still 7000 rate .. whats the point in having such a crappy setting?
