played with him a few times since ive been back, seems like he is nice, dont really remember him from a year ago but have seen the posts, but i do believe in second chances... sometimes even a third chance if they have truly changed, i say give him an extra week or so probation since he left on 'bad' terms...

Why? 2 weeks is enough to get to know a brand new person, when we already all know Alek very well. To see if he's changed, it would take most likely less than 2 weeks, but 2 just to be safe.

see, you said 2 weeks for a new person, but we do know alek, and he did leave on bad terms, and if he is truly sorry, and really wants to re-join, he can wait out the extra week of probation, but it is really up to the senate/council on how he rejoins, it was just a suggestion
