Well I decided to test out a HD Street Fighter 2 ken, so I loaded him up in my mugen. and this is what I saw.

I think there is a way to lower his size in his notepad file.

Yea I thought the same thing, but wouldn't that mess up his attacks.

Btw I didn't win That guy is hard as hell, plus I couldn't even hit him because I was too big.
