Xzavier

This thread is for debate on the candidacy of Xzavier for the Senate.

Xzav is active on forums and, i believe on the server, Usually has a good attitude and maturity level that we are looking for... I would support unless someone has a good reason why not...

Little experience, and biased view....good wisdom, and wants the best for everyone. I would support him, but i think he doesnt bring much to the Senate...

Xzavier can be very arrogant at times as well as bias. This is't the entire time, but it's still there. I'm with Dray. He may be a good senator but I don't think he could offer too much.

out of the 3 xzav is the last one i would like to see in the senate (but not by much)... no offense xzav i like you... but i don't think he is going to bring much to the senate as others have said...at least not yet

Same opinion as Dray, although I think that with time he will be able to bring alot to the Senate. Since most of the time he wants the best for everyone.

same, i like xzav but he can be arrogant alot and not know when to stop. i used to be/am still like that but he does it far worse then i do. he can be competative and let his ego get the best of him, i dont see him offering much

yeah he's arrogant and biased but overall he wouldn't be a total bad senator. Imo i'd say he's on the bubble since what he has for debating/political skills he also has the ego and arrogance and slightly bossy but otherwise a great contender.

Xzav he is an interesting choice hes not perfect and he does do wrong sometimes and doesn't know when to stop, but he does admit when he has been wrong and doesn't hold grudges, although I personally don't know what his leadership abilities are I will point out he was on the DC.

I was thinking the same thing when I first read the comment, but I didn't wanna seem too harsh.

this is about getting the best folks in here to help guide the clan, not who is more popular or the most skilled.

Xzavier is nothing less than senate material. This is politics people - nobody is perfect. He always means well, and is hardly caught up in "drama". He is driven by his heart which means he means well. I've seen alot change from this guy. He used to not be as talkative and had small posts on the forums, but he eventually came out of his shell and voiced his opinions about things (mostly what I've seen being sith related politics) and tried to work out a solution to satisfy most everyone. I've never seen him get very heated. He knows how to keep his calm and try to help others either see another person's point of view, or help them understand a concept (i.e. when training, someone doesn't understand a rule, needs some kind of general help) I have always seen him to be the generous and unbiased one who is willing to forget the past and work with the present and towards the future. Xzav is a leader.

Everybody is biased, whether they admit it or not.

xzav presents little frontworthy leadership. great tutoring and guidance skills, but little sharp tongue and open mind. i know xzav, hes a pretty cool guy. eh kills sith and doesnt afraid of anything. i just dont think hes senator material. you need ideas and presenting those ideas. hearing people speak and from their words draw out a solution yourself. you also need well, biased is a wrong word, but a broad view of things.

Xzav will be a good choice He helped me a lot with my moves and skills and I respect him

Xzavier means well, cares about the clan and has not been involved in any significant controversy ever. He is a good friend and I think would vote in the Senate with the best interests of the clan as a whole in mind, not just his.
