if you look in the back round, you can see a face, a bird is the left eye, a dark circle is the right eye, another dark circle is the nose, then a dark banana looking shroud as the smile

Spray ur hot foam all over the little girls faces.


Anyway: GIMP: Make a new layer that has everything on it (All layers) > Gaussian blur 2-3px > Set it to lighten, overlay. softlight, w/e u Gimpers have that looks good at 40-50% (Usually)
