Go on youtube and enter a video, now it cant be any video, it has to be one with the new media player layout they have not the old flash one.

The new one:

The old one:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EcnfvvKlqlk&feature=player_embedded

So make sure you have a video with the new one.

Now that you have that, pause the video near the beggining, preferably at 0:00.
Then, hold the left arrow key for a bit.
Enjoy.
