he needs hrs to prove he will be active... sponsors just note the hrs they have seen him on the server... hope that clears it up Smile

Thats not being a jerk, you are just doing what needs to be done. It's not like he can't reapply if he is active again so no need to feel bad about rejecting someone for legit reasons.
