Yes, but technically, anyone retired on Good Terms like Moo can come back at his last rank at any time of his choosing which makes things a little harder to figure out.

Good terms: May return at will, no approval
needed and keep full rank. These are usually very friendly and helpful
members who retired of a good reason (uninstalling the game perhaps, and
not planning on returning). These members will retain access to the
Darth bar.
If he has to announce he's back then yea, otherwise since he doesn't need approval, does he really have to tell anyone except so his forum name can turn blue again?

Sorry for any confusion that Ive caused. Well, I am coming out of retirement, as i intended to show with that comment, for the time being. As a heads up, just to get it cleared now, ill be leaving this week for about a month or so. I should be back by August, and i guess ill stay till about the falltime. Then I plan on retiring again, and [attempting to](once again...) put the game down for good. Hope that clears things up.

OK, consensus for now is that since before this it wasn't specifically stated the a Retired Member could not participate, that Moo's score will remain this time, but that if he wants to participate in any future GIWs that he must first officially return(make a topic in Great Hall, Jedi Enclave, or Darth Bar stating official return).
