Well Idk how to put it, they talk in japanese and etc but its in the Us and they have the text in english,
So id say its a japanese game but its been release in america,
lots O people play it and its on Psp, Xbox 360, Ps3

There like street fighters graphic(Sprites) but they Look WAYYYY!!! better.
