first you need to determine skill level. that will choose if youll get a Master or Knight.

Well from reading this, observing RaveGirl I approve Soran training her. I will however request the final say from the Grand Master.

NOTE: I am allowed to approve training pair's since I'm on the Master Council correct? O.o
