As i saw dawn's topic lp vs bb so i posted this.Compare here Nickelback and offspring.Two groups with awesome guitar songs....

Chad can sing as good Live as in the CD:s. Nickelback has my vote in this one, "Someday" and "Hero" are my current favourites and will always be!

The Offspring is a great band as well.... but nyeh.

shitty guitars. no originality. i only like Chad's voice wich is really awesome. but not good guitars.

yea chad's vioce is great, but i dont agree with that shitty guitars-- for example Animals-from All the right reasons album

savin me-that solo is great also just to get high and figured you out-i dont see any sign of non-originality far away got great acoustic guitar too....

so i dont see your point-but thats my opinion...

listen to more contemporary music and you will see why i think nickelback is another trashback band in the middle of the shit storm nowadays. i dont care if they do acoustics, it makes them even more stereotyped. and the solos....not really that good to be honest. that applies to offspring too.

well i agree offsprings song are all almost non original(kids arent alright is great)- they're just another punk-rock group which was found at school years- their first guitarist noodles was accepted not for skill but for that he was adult and could buyed them beers.....
