It's called a refresher. And a freighter can't have 3 classes of weaponry, you need Ion & Turbo or, Ion & Quad, or Turbo & Quad, but not all three. And tractor beams would be almost useless on a ship that size, a tractor can only haul something that doesn't have more mass then the ship projecting the tractor.
