Welcome to our forums. We ask that you follow the rules posted below throughout your visit. Failure to comply will result in an infraction on your record, and you may also receive disciplinary action up to a ban. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to PM an admin.

1> NO FLAMING/FLAME BAITING. Flaming is posting anything which may be offensive. This includes racism, attacks on anothers religion, cursing or insulting another person or anything along those lines. If you have to ask yourself if you may get in trouble for posting something, don't post it. Flame baiting is posting something which may not be that offensive but is aimed at luring someone into a flame war or posting something flaming. Key point in this rule: BE RESPECTFUL TO ALL.

Also, any heckling, joking or any other form of what would otherwise be considered flaming under any other context towards a faction of JvS will be punishable as flaming. I am now viewing both factions as a "race" per se. So any comments directed towards the factions or members of the factions should take this into account before posting. Thus "you stupid jedi" is equivalent now to "you stupid c*****r" or "you stupid n****r".

2> NO ILLEGAL LINKING/IMPROPER MATERIAL. Please do not ask for any illegal content, or websites/programs which provide illegal content. This includes music, videos and anything else which should be payed for. Please do not post pornography or gore, both of these will lead to severe penalties if posted. If you have something you wish to post and its questionable (girl in bikini, pics of a car wreck etc) please PM an admin first and get permission.

3> NO OFF TOPIC POSTING. Unless you are in a designated area. Tatooine Cantina and a few other forums allow you to post OT material to your hearts content, but do NOT post OT messages in other more serious forums, especially the Diplomatic Corps and the Rancor Pit. Should you wish to post there, make sure your post contributes to the theme and topic of the thread.

4> NO FALSE ABUSE CLAIMS. Anyone lodging a complaint of Admin Abuse or rules breaking will be required to present a series of comprehensive screen shots logging all the issues at hand and will be required to post such screen shots when presenting the abuse claim. Comprehensive screenshots consists of no less then 5 screenshots documenting the entire log of the abuse as well as visual proof of the abuse itself IN ACTION, if proof of the action cannot be provided then witness testimony of the act by 2 or more people will be required to be posted by the witnesses themselves no less then 1 hour after the original complaint. If enough evidence is given, then and only THEN will the Council deliberate possible punishment. If the evidence is found to be insufficient, or in error then the topic will be removed and stored, and if the person in question should repost the same evidence after the topic is removed he will be infracted for disturbing the peace. If a complaint is given WITHOUT evidence the topic will immediately be deleted and the person in question cited for disturbing the peace.

5> PG-13 CLAUSE. Any pics or postings should stay within a PG-13 guideline. As an example, PG-13 allows breasts to be shown, but not nipples. It allows butts to be shown, but no butthole or vagina. If you are unsure as to what PG-13 means, please PM an administrator before posting.

To stem the tide of abuse claims the following rule has been added by Majority of the Forum Administrators:

Disturbing the peace punishment: 1st - 24-hour account suspension; 2nd in less then one month - Demotion one rank + 72-hour account suspension; 3rd offense in less then two months - One week Forum Ban + Demotion one or more ranks.
