That one suit in the middle almost looks like the Iron Patriot, but the Iron Patriot was Norman Osborn and Marvel still doesn't own the rights to Spider-man, Sony still has them...

That is the repainted costume of War Machine. it is not Iron Patriot. The Mandarin is the villain in this one.

And for Marvel to get the rights for X-men, Daredevil, and Spiderman, the studios that own these movies have to stop making them. Which is why X-men First Class was made (Now they're making a sequel), and the Amazing Spiderman(Now they're making a sequel) was spat out. Fantastic Four is apparently getting rebooted(Marvel negotiating with them)

The difference between them being that Sony's reboot was half-assed and an abomination to the franchise while Fox's reboot was actually the best of the X-men films to date.
