Violates Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, & Seventh Amendments. This should have been outright rejected by the Supreme Court. The entirety of government has failed it's people. Anyone feel like moving out?

Yes but simply put by showing how much of our constitution(amendments count) are broken it means it's a failure by the legislature for writing and approving it, a failure by the executive branch for not vetoing it, and a failure by the judicial branch for not immediately challenging the constitutionality. It's also a failure by every independent agency(CIA, FBI, etc.) for not being able to do their job and get evidence.
