any exercise is good for your heart.

I would think that anything that calms you would be good for your blood pressure which lowers stress which also boosts your immune system.

I will chalk this up to a group that wanted to get paid to stare at boobs all day.

Yes Sqrl, in fact sex is one of the best forms of exercise out there. I saw a scale once I believe 20 minutes of sex is equivalent to 2 hours of cardio.

actually thats not true, sex is not a good form of exercise. oh its exercise dont get me wrong, but the actual improvements you make, calories burn or muscle strengthened, is really small. the sweat n tiresome are effects from the hormone shots you get while performing it as well as natural body responses. its still exercise, but its like, equivalent to a 1 hour walk at most.
