JCS Trial Amendment Empty JCS Trial Amendment

The JCS trials will no longer be voted on by JCS of that rank. Instead, they will be voted on by the GM, BM, and all JCS and JM members of the MC. The reasoning behind this is so that the semi active JCS members will no longer have to be hunted down and asked their vote and instead the process should go much faster because the topic will be visible to all members that are required to vote and they can vote directly in the Chamber of Conclave. JCS should be able to determine whether or not a person is ready by the way of the blade and JMs should be able to cast an accurate vote because they have great knowledge of the game.
