8. Attacks should be declared no later than 48 hrs. before the attack is to take place, and accepted no later than 24 hrs. before the attack is to take place. Attacks only happen once a week and on Sunday unless it is a homeworld attack(which would be organized so the prime roster could make it).

nobody from sith accepted the attack... so we take the planet by default... and attack again next week
